After more than three decades as an entrepreneur, technology executive, and business leader, Gil Gonzalez founded Gratia Insurance Group with a simple conviction: that the experience and knowledge gained over a lifetime are most meaningful when used in service of others.
Throughout his career, Gil has owned and operated businesses and helped organizations navigate complex challenges. He brings significant experience across insurance, construction, logistics, healthcare, technology, and real estate.
From owning insurance agencies to managing a multifamily portfolio of more than 500 apartment units, he’s experienced firsthand the responsibility that comes with protecting what others depend on.
Gratia represents the next chapter of that journey: an opportunity to bring together decades of experience, a foundation of faith, and a genuine commitment to serving others through thoughtful guidance, honest relationships, and insurance solutions that make sense.
Now based in Northeast Florida, Gil and his wife are building a new chapter in Jacksonville. He looks forward to getting to know the community and bringing the same care, trust, and long-term perspective to each client relationship.
